Alexei Mishin: I feel, for example, that I coach better; I somehow select programs better; I find which program will suit an athelete better.

I am probably more mature now; just as a person, I now distinguish which actions of athletes or their behaviors require condemnation and which ones do not need to be focused on. This position in life allows me to keep my group in healthy relations and in healthy competition for many years.
